Description:
DNYL series high speed drinking straw extrusion plantis our new design in 2010.We have adopted the screw diameter 50mminstead of the screw diameter 45mm, and L:D is 28:1.The new designwill more easy to plasticizing and increase the productioncapacity. It is an economic and perfect machine for produce thestraw.
Characteristics:
Colours: Single, two, three or five, spiral stripes, straightstripes.
Cut-end:90°/90°, 90°/45°, 90°/60°, 45°/45°, 60°/60°
All the direct contact parts made from stainless steel.
The cutting unit adopted the big plate cutter and with automaticgathering system.
The breaker , AC contactor and knob switch brand is SCHNEIDER
The inverter brand is DELTA
