Description:

It uses conical twin screw extruder which has high extrusioncapacity, high melting ability, and special vinyl chloride meltingscrew.

The PVC Pipe production line is made up of conical twinscrew extruder , vacuum tank , haul-off machine , cutter , overturnframe , it uses imported ABB transducer for extruder and haul-offmachine , the quality of the vacuum pump , and haul-off motor arefirst class . There are multi-kinds hauling method , like twocaterpillars , three caterpillars , four caterpillars , sixcaterpillars. about the cutting for the products , you can choosesaw bit or planetary cutting.

The extrusion line makes hommization design and automatic controlsystem, which realizes the full automatic running, and reducedefault in production, increase the production efficiency.
